Where it all started

Raised in Lapland, north of the Arctic Circle, founder Domenique Forsberg, a former Miss Sweden, grew up appreciating the value of nature, the outdoors and berries growing under the midnight sun. Her grandmother used to make fresh berry drinks as a healthy snack. Remembering these wonderful drinks from her childhood, Domenique decided to create her own pre-packed version to take with her on hiking and skiing trips.

mySmoothie was launched at the Sial tradeshow in Paris in 2004, where Domenique signed up for a little stand to present her own home-made smoothie recipes. People loved it and after a week at the tradeshow, she went home with a list of distributors ready to start sales in about 30 countries  around the world.   From these humble origins, mySmoothie has grown into a global brand, though its Swedish roots can still be tasted in every sip.   mySmoothie values are based on their Swedish heritage, being Active & Outdoors, Healthy & Gorgeous and Care for the Environment.
